We’ve had the conversation and found common ground? Then I'll send you a written quote. It will include the services we discussed and the total price—no hidden costs or claims. We can also agree on a time schedule so you can plan accordingly and look forward to the results.

If you have further requests or would like to expand or reduce the offer, we will take care of that at this stage, too. The confirmed offer forms the basis for our further collaboration.

Design costs money because it involves work, research, expertise, and creative power. But it also creates added value that you will notice in your business.

It’s not possible to set a fixed price for individual services. That’s why I will put together a personalized quote for you—free of charge and based on the amount of work involved, revisions, and the use of the design. Since I keep my costs low, this is also reflected positively in the quote. And: you only have to pay for what's included.

That’s actually quite simple. We agree on when each partial payment is due. You’ll receive a proper invoice for the respective chargeable service and transfer the amount to my bank account. Voilà!

On eye level, with trust and transparent exchange: Your input is essential, because you know your company, your offer, and your customers better than anyone else. This should also be reflected in a suitable design. Therefore, when I reach a stage in the process where your feedback and decision are important, we will consult with each other and thus maintain the right direction.
